while running the process of breathing should be in through the nose and mouth by using the exhaling and inhaling process. generally, this process should be done through nose and mouth simultenously then it will give best breathing way.

While doing any exercise or running breath stopping should be avoided. A continuous flow of breath inhale and exhale to be done. This way your muscles will get a proper shape as complete stress will be on muscles only rather than diaphragm.

Swimming is an exception to this. Here you have to hold your breath while diving.

The ideal approach to breathing while running is to use both your nose and mouth to take in and let out the air. The diaphragm will be activated for maximal oxygen absorption if you breathe through both your mouth and your nose. You can also quickly expel carbon dioxide thanks to it.

There are a few things you can do to help breathe while running. First, try to focus on your running, not on what you are taking in. This will help you keep your focus on the running and help you breathe more easily. Additionally, you can breathe through youracheides, which are things you touch or put pressure on. This will cause them to ache and will help you to breathe more easily. Finally, if you find it difficult to breathe, consider usinguled breathing exercises to help you run effectively.

When running, it's important to focus on your breathing to ensure you're getting enough oxygen. Take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Pay attention to your form, keeping your shoulders relaxed and your arms at a 90-degree angle. Stay present and focused by setting small goals and reminding yourself why you love running. With practice, you'll develop a rhythmic breathing pattern that helps you run more efficiently and enjoyably.

Focus on your pace of breathing and get comfortable with jogging, taking breaks as needed, before you increase the intensity. By using belly and rhythmic breathing, your breathing can become more efficient during your run.
