Before knowing osmoregulation you should know what is osmosis.

Osmosis is a process in which transfer of fluids happens from lower concentration to higher concentration through a semi permeable membrane.

As living organisms need fluids such as water to live their body has a characteristic feature which regulates the proper quantity of fluids and minerals through the process of osmosis and diffusion it is known as osmoregulation.

The term "osmoregulation" is used to describe the process of Debtory of Omnivorous Growth. Omnivorous growth is a process in which a person's diet changes in order to include more meat, seafood, and other forage. This growth should lead to an increase in body weight, as well as a decrease in the number of school-age children living in poverty.
