My aunty is 92 year's old and still she looks young and very active. Everyone says because of her food habits, she is still young. She used to have green tea and wheat bricks on breakfast. Later a glass of milk and egg. At afternoon, she have meals with salads.on evening fruit juice and sauted vegetables. On night she have chapattis and meat. One glass of milk with turmeric.
