For me no matter how long or short the tweet is, it should be more precise to the topic or the blog you're about to share. It can be shorter but you must be able to choose the right words for it in order for your readers to catch up easily upon your posted content

Shorter tweet with more attractive quotes attract the users. It should be catchy to eyes. It should be on current trending topic and include some images too.

According to Twitter , shorter tweets are more effective because it helps main message cut through ,tweet less than 50 words generate more engagement than those above 50
