Eat a well-balanced diet preferably green leafy vegetables, fruits, high fiber foods so you will not feel hungry always, and drink a lot of water to cleanse your body with the toxins you ate. Avoid fatty, fried foods, oily junk food, and choose lean meats. Eat heavy meals during breakfast then lunch. Eat light dinner. If you like drinking hot tea after meals it will help to digest the food you eat especially oily foods.
