having too little body fat can be just as dangerous as having too much. your body needs a certain level of essential fat in order to function optimally.

You should avoid soda or any sugary drinks replace it with Coffee <3 or Tea (Green Tea).

Exercising can help you lose weight quickly.
Also don't be afraid of eating fats, our body needs it. There are healthy fats like fatty fish(salmon/tuna), tofu, soy milk and many more.

Dont forget to dink water before meals and eat slowly.

The Weight watcher's plan is a wonderful way to reduce fat, and they have alot of support to help you, and experiences of other's to help you.

Doing some exercises is the best way to reduce body weight and reduce food intake, preferably healthy ones that need to be consumed. I am sure you are going to trim down and keep fit at the same time.

Eat a well-balanced diet preferably green leafy vegetables, fruits, high fiber foods so you will not feel hungry always, and drink a lot of water to cleanse your body with the toxins you ate. Avoid fatty, fried foods, oily junk food, and choose lean meats. Eat heavy meals during breakfast then lunch. Eat light dinner. If you like drinking hot tea after meals it will help to digest the food you eat especially oily foods.

In my wealth of knowledge if a person wants to reduce fat or in weight he or she should stay away from foods such as soya or soft drinks
