Baby Spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese and lowfat dressing, is delicious.  Another healthy one is a Kale salad, with garlic, parmasean, and fresh lemon. A Broccoli salad , fresh lemon, and herbs, and almonds.

Best healthy salad are the ones with lattice,nuts or any nuts you prefer,mix it with tomato slice, cook a bit of chicken breast and cut it into pieces.Some of the healthy salad are britude juice and fruit salad that's my favorite

Cucumber, tomatoes, mint, lettuce, radish,pepper

Salt and lemon and olive oil

Then mix them together and for a final phase put coocked bread on top and remix them

The only salad that is considered a healthy is vegetable salad or fruit salad. Other than these two is not healthy way of having a salad.

I like  Russian salad. The vegetable and fruits mixed with mayonnaise. The chicken corn salad is also good to have. Greek and Salomon  salads are also nice.
