How to make ready to eat Poha? Easy Poha recipe.

Sharing best poha recipe:

take a bowl of medium poha 

add water to it wash and drain in 20 seconds 

then add water again and soak for a min or two and

drain the remaining water and keep it to rest.

now you will need 

1 onion

12-15 peanuts

curry leaves

mustard

Hing

jeera 

1-2 chillies (depending on your spice level )

1/4 turmeric powder

1 tsp lemon juice

3 tsp sugar

now add oil to a pan 

then add peanuts and mustard 

once they crackle add Hing jeera curry leaves together 

(now this will full the room with mouth watering aroma)

stir then add chillies stir for 20 sec then add onions 

add a pinch of salt for onions to cook 

once the onion are cooked for like 2 mins 

then add turmeric stir well then add lemon juice and sugar 

now stir well for 20 sec and add 20ml or 4-5tsp of water

once it starts boiling off the stove.

now once the mixture cools down add salt mix/stir well

you can add coriander leaves if you like. 

add the pre-soaked soft poha to mixture and mix well 

then you can reheat and cook for a min.

You can also garnish with freshly grated coconut as well.

Add some sev/bujiya if available and your poha is ready. 

Enjoy your poha.

NOTE: You can follow same cooking instructions for 

light/thin poha without having to soak it.

you need not soak thin poha but before adding it to 

the mixture you have to sprinkle 2tsp water thats it.

Wash pohas in some strainer, add lemon and turmeric, put aside

Heat oil in the pan , crackle mustard seeds, after crackling stops add onions, potato and green peas to it, stir well.

When potatoes are cooked ad poha to mix, ad salt and sugar , stir everything

cook everything for 2 minutes and is done

The ready to make Poha has all the ingredients in it. Just open the cover and pour the content into a bowel and add hot water. Keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes , you can have it

Poha is a delicious food recipe. There are two types of poha to make. We usually use the thicker one . but to make ready to eat poha , you ned to use the other one that is the thinner one

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 green chilli, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup roasted peanuts

2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons lemon juice
