Boiling eggs with toast is quick and nutritious.

Instant meals would also be good if you really need food under 5 minutes. Instant oatmeal. Instant coffee. Instant eggs, etc.

You could also do meal preparation which is cooking a lot of food on one day, separating it into multiple meals in containers, and heating it up whenever you need to eat throughout the week.

Making oatmeal with milk or non-dairy milk is a good healthy breakfast. It's easy and quick to prepare in the morning breakfast. You can add fruits you want like bananas, berries, and nuts. It's an instant whole grain, high fiber, and nutritious food. Oat milk is good for weight loss because it is low fat, low sugar, and low-calorie beverage.
