There should be limit to anything one is doing, and sleeping shouldn't be an exception. When it comes to sleeping, moderation should be on everybody's mind. Sleep is an indispensable part of our life. And if we really want to be productive in all we do, we must have enough sleep.
Sleeping not done right could cause health related issues like overweight. You can become obese if you don't have enough sleep or you over indulge in it. Other issues that can be caused by insufficient sleep are: diabetes, heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke, kidney diseases etc. The recommended time for sleeping is between 6-8 hours per day.
In addition, the mental implications of lack of sufficient sleep are: stress, anxiety, dizziness, irritability, lack of focus etc.
