Many different cuisines embrace vegetarian dishes, it can be hard to choose your absolute favorite meal as a vegeterian. I tried to collect the most popular and healthy vegeterian foods in 2021:

One of the popular vegetarian food is minestrone soup is made with fresh seasonal vegetables. Common ingredients include beans, onions, celery, carrots, zucchini, and tomatoes. The Italian-inspired soup recipe has 19 grams of protein per serving and only about 350 calories. It's a hearty healthy soup that leaves you feeling satisfied and full. Just easy! saute the onions, celery, and carrots until fragrant fork tender but not too soft next add celery, carrots, and zucchini cook all those together until fragrant. Now add the tomato paste or the crushed fresh tomatoes, along with the vegetable broth. Bring it to a boil and then let simmer for 20 minutes until it thickens the broth and softens the vegetables then add beans. After cooking serve in the hot just top with black pepper and parsley and you can dip with crusty bread with garlic spread or vegetarian pasta.
