Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day and I like to have heavy breakfast so that I can work properly. So the following are some of the vegan breakfast which I like to have:

We also used to have idly , appam at home. It's all are south Indian dishes.battura is my favorite dish among this

My favorite vegetable in breakfast is cucumber, tomato's, olives, mints if you can eat it in breakfast will be a good diet of vegetables in breakfast.

I really love to eat healthy pasta primavera, this pasta is packed with tons of colorful and fresh vegetables like broccoli, bell pepper, tomatoes, and squash.   2. Dosa and chutney
  3. cut fruits and veggy
  4. uppumav
  5. appam and vegetable stew
  6. puttu and kadala curry

same here , a very big fan of eating idlis / dosa with chutney and sambar . Almost eating it every day throughout the year

You can try to make variations in dosa batter to make uttappam. Also butter panned masala dosa, chocolate dosa etc. Appam, dosa,iddily are common breakfast dishes.

toasted wheat bread with avocado and homemade strawberry jam

green smoothie which consists of celery, spinach, frozen banana,pineapple and coconut water.
overnight oats (rolled oats, almond milk  raisins, choice of fruit,chia seeds)

It does not need to make the vegan breakfast complicated. You can just mix all desired vegetables in a bowl to make a vegetable salad. It is easy and no need to make things difficult.

Here we eat either idli or Dosa ( Both made from batter consisting of rice and dal ) and chutney ( basically coconut with spices , different varieties ) and Sambar . A very famous and healthy breakfast around here

My favorite vegan healthy breakfast is a smoothie bowl. I like to blend frozen banana, almond milk, and a scoop of plant-based protein powder. Then I top it off with fresh fruit, nuts, and a drizzle of almond butter. It's a delicious and nutritious breakfast that will keep me full until lunchtime!
