I have eaten Chinese foods but I never eaten Indian food though there a lot of Indian restaurants in my area. I am planning to visit India, I think then will be a good opportunity to taste Indian food. Though Indian food and Chinese foods can be classed into Asian food.

I ate indian food 3 times a day. I am an indian. It is spicy compared to other asian foods.

When I was on out of station, I didn't get the indian food. Then I understand the real value or taste when compared to other asian countries food.

My favourite dish is appam and fish curry for breakfast , rice and curries with non veg for lunch tea, snacks for evening and for dinner chapati and potatoes. Most of the dishes are little spicy.

Indian cooking is inconceivably different and tasty, with a wide assortment of dishes from various locales. A few well-known Indian dishes incorporate Spread Chicken, Biryani, Samosas, Chole Bhature, Paneer Tikka, and more. It's difficult to pick a #1 as it relies upon individual inclinations, however, Margarine Chicken and Biryani are many times viewed as famous decisions among individuals who appreciate Indian food.

I have eaten indian foods once in my life and it was at a party. The food had chilly that I constantly kept coughing, I don't really know the name but I was green grams and chapati, even chapati had chilly. It is nice if you enjoy chilly but am from Uganda where not most foods are cooked with chilly.
