What is the difference between love and to be loved?

I am confused what is the difference between love and to be loved?

Love is a feeling, desire a person, it is a connection that the two parties are interconnected in different ways together. To be loved is somehow of being accepted for who you are with all the flaws and imperfection. Being loved by someone without asking for it.
