How often do you eat salad as a meal?

Well I eat salad at least twice in a week and I really love it because it is very refreshing to the body

I eat salad as a meal at least three times a week and preferably when I am doing light work outs. My salad is usually made of vegetables including mustard green, carrots, capsicum, parsley, celery, and purple radish. I preferred using sprinkled salt, a little olive oil or honey.

I eat a large green salad everyday. It has made a huge impact on my health and life. I feel much better and rarely get sick.

I eat raw fruits/veggies nearly everyday.

It will be good for a diet to be a vegetarian instead unhealthy foods use vegetables daily in every meals it will be good for healthy and keeping you healthy and young.

I eat only once a day and than salads are 80%of my meal.The rest are fruits and milk products like probiotic yoghurts,light chees

Salads have enough vitamins and an additions of yoghurt will give you enough proteins.

I only eat salads in hotel but alongside other meals since I do not know how to prepare Sala very well. But since i do not eat out regularly it is hard for  me to eat salad. I don't enjoy eating salad that is why i don't even put effort to buy it.

Salad is a healthy meal, but honesty I do not eat it often unless when I visit a restaurant. Vegetables and fruits salads are my best, and enjoy a good mix of salad cream to satisfy my taste buds. Sometimes a mixtures of the two types of salad is preferable.

Usually we make Salad which is made from curd , onions and chillies to go with biriyani and its a jaw dropping combination . but never ate salad on its own

Never unless you count ham salad or chicken salad...both make a good fast food sandwich. I'm primarily a carnivore, so I rarely eat rabbit food. Exception being Chinese Spring Rolls.

I barely eat a salad as a meal instead I sometimes consider it in my desert options whereby I find it nutritious and delicious.

I used to have salads alone with fish fry, chicken 65. Also I like russian salad alone with fired rice too. Greek salad, fruity pasta salad, egg, chicken salads are my favorites.

We do not usually eat it as a meal but served it as a dessert. Having salads is only prepared during special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

I eat salads when ever I can really. I love salads, I find them taastsy and they always complete a meal. My family used to hate salards now they have also gotten in the habbit of eating salads on a daily.

I consume Acapulco Tuna Salad twice a week.  You mix mayonnaise, salsa and crushed corn chips and place on a bed of lettuce.  Only twice as one could get mercury poisoning.

The recipe came out of a JoAnna M. Lund cookbook called Party Fare.

JoAnna lost 100 pounds by tweaking her own recipes.  She has quite a few cookbooks.

I don't eat salad very often like in weeks but my mom makes sure we eat it thrice a month or twice a month I really love it more especially Chinese salad.

I like eating salads , at home my mom makes vegetable salad.But I usually prefer fruit salad and when ever i get a chance to eat in restaurant I won't miss it to order.and ofcourse fruit salad tastes yummy along with icecream
