I have had my lobes pierced with both a gun and a needle, and i would say a needle hurts way less.

Guns make your ears feel very hot for hours .

Guns also less hygienic.

A piercing needle is much better than a piercing gun, for many reasons. Needles are generally cleaner, more accurate, and less painful than guns.

Needle, it is more hygienic and safer to use than a gun as they are sterilized and put in a safe container after, and the piercer can choose the best jewelery to put in the pierced area so the healing process won't struggle.

A piercing gun can't be sterilized. So it is less safer and increase the risk of being contaminated with hepatitis and other diseases that are transmissible in contact of an open wound. Also, they can't have the proper size of jewelery that someone should get to make the healing process easier.

I've seen some horrible results with a piercing gun that I would never have saw with a professional using needles.

I had pierce with needle, initially it will be little painfully but within 2 to 3 weeks it will be cured. Always go for a gun shot it is much safer. Check whether gun is in good condition. By needle it takes 1 month to get healed.

Using the needle to pierce the ears is so traditional. It is best to use the gun-type in pierced ears. Either way, they are still being used at present.

A piercing needle is classed as safer for your skin and is usually a better option for most people. Gun piercing is reusable it comes into contact with the client's skin, but blunt force trauma can damage the soft tissues in your earlobes.

When it comes to jewelry for kids, it's best to choose options that are age-appropriate, safe, and comfortable to wear. Some good choices include simple stud earrings, charm bracelets, and delicate necklaces. It's important to avoid jewelry with small parts that could be swallowed or cause choking hazards, and to choose materials that are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

While piercing with a gun or a needle is possible, it is generally recommended to pierce with a needle. This is because piercing guns can cause blunt force trauma to the tissue, leading to a higher risk of infection, scarring, and longer healing times. Piercing with a needle is a more precise and controlled method that causes less damage to the tissue and results in a quicker and smoother healing process. Additionally, piercing needles are usually single-use and sterile, reducing the risk of infection. It is important to choose a reputable and experienced piercer and follow proper aftercare instructions to ensure a safe and successful piercing.

Piercing with a gun or a needle depends on the type of piercing and the preference of the piercer. Generally, piercings that are done on thicker parts of the body, such as the earlobe, are done with a piercing gun. Piercings that are done on thinner parts of the body, such as the nose or eyebrow, are usually done with a needle. It is important to consult with a professional piercer to determine the best method for your piercing.

piercing gun is only suitable for ear lobe piercings, as they are a soft and fleshy part of the body. All other ear and body piercings can only be pierced with a single use piercing needle. You may also pierce your earlobes with a needle, if you prefer this method of body piercing.

Technically e can it with both but most commonly we do it with a gun at the end of which is a needle and that needle rotates due to electricity and creates a hole in your ear.
