What is the reason for LPG price hike?

So, as the crude oil prices change, so does the price of petrol, diesel, LPG, etc. Also, when the government increases or decreases tax on LPG, its prices changes. Usually in India, LPG cylinder prices are reviewed on monthly basis and they are changed accordingly.

Like petrol & diesel, LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) is also produced from crude oil. Because it's taken from different countries then before. If you live in Ontario they don't pay for car stickers anymore. I think there is an added tax on gasoline at the register.

Yes LPG prices are hiked by 266 rupees. They are limited resources, one day they will finish. We should think about our future generations.

What affects the price of petroleum products is the cost of production and this varies from country to country. Another issue is international demand and supply. For example when there is conflict such as the ongoing in Europe, it affects the demand, supply and price of gas.

LPG price hikes can be attributed to various factors such as changes in global oil prices, supply and demand fluctuations, government taxes and policies, and production and transportation costs.

Oh no! With the news of an LPG price hike, I can only imagine what families across the country are feeling. As the cost of energy continues to climb, we're faced with tough choices. Do we stretch our budgets further to pay the increasing price of energy, or do we cut corners elsewhere? For many families, both options can feel difficult and overwhelming. No matter what the choice, it's clear that we need to think of smarter, more sustainable ways of consuming energy and continue advocating for a more stable energy economy.

The price of LPG gas cylinders in India is determined by the government and is affected by various factors, such as the cost of raw materials, production costs, and market forces. Additionally, the government may periodically review and adjust the prices of LPG gas cylinders.
