An elderly person is recommended to eat a healthy meal rich in protein and vitamins. Like baked beans or spaghetti on toast. Can also be an avocado on toast, tofu scramble, cauliflower hashbrown and oatmeal with fruits.

First start your day with healthy oatmeal breakfast. Oatmeal easy to prepare and rich in fibers. Eat fresh fruits and eggs.

Drink fresh juices and smoothies.

Eat whole grain pancakes and yogurt.

I always suggest fruits for breakfast for the elders. My favorite combo for that are banana, some berries and a juice would be perfect. Try to make changes on that every day to let your body absorb different kinds of vitamins and minerals, which is essential for an old age.

Foods rich in vitamins, amino acid, and protein and other necessary nutrition to enable the body function properly is advisable for the elderly as breakfast. Example are vegetable soups, salads, fruits, herbal tea without milk and sugar to help clean the system.
