Broccoli and leafy greens, they're rich in fiber which helps to prevent constipation. Beef and liver which are also rich in iron, vitamins[B]  that are important nutrients during pregnancy.

Basically a balanced meal which contains carbohydrates, proteins,vitamins and minerals. She should take plenty of fluids and avoid alcohol. The meals are to be take in small amounts but regularly to avoid vomiting. She should also watch not to eat too much by regularly checking their wight gain to avoid getting obese.
