Go to the Twitter account whose archive you went to download, click the 3 dots icon then "Settings and privacy" in the Account section to "Twitter data" and click on "download your data".

Navigate to the Twitter account you want to download the archive from, click the three dots, go to "Settings and privacy," choose "Twitter data," and then click "download your data."

To download your Twitter archive, go to Settings and Privacy > Your Account > Download an archive of your data. Twitter will email you a link to download it.

To download your own Twitter archive, you can go to your Twitter settings and select the “Your Twitter Data” tab. From there, you can request your archive and Twitter will email you a link to download it. Unfortunately, you cannot download someone else's Twitter archive. Twitter does not provide this functionality.

Go to your Account settings by clicking on the More icon in the navigation bar, and selecting Your account from the menu. Click on Download an archive of your data. Enter your password under Download an archive of your data, then click Confirm.
