There are many different tracking software available online, Time Doctor is for me the best so far! TD is a fantastic time tracking software. It also tracks your keyboard and mouse movement. This software is reliable and super easy to use.

Field sales employee performance can be tracked by the number of sales carried out by each employee. For example if it is a company that deals with phones, performances can be measured by the number of phones each employee has been able to sell weekly, monthly  and so on.
