 Food plan for the weight loss first you have to change your life style so you use healthy oil when you cook the food and don’t use sugar only take from the natural food for ex. From the fruit and eat a small amount  don’t make very hard diet just a small amount of the food and at 21:00 stop eating  or if you hungry eat citrus
