Although it is really beneficial to eat dark chocolate and it helps to loose weight as it improves our metabolism but moderation of everything even if its healthy is key to healthy lifestyle. But if u are a chocolate lover then definitely it is better to choose dark chocolate over any other

You can't tell because basically it is sweet food  and we all know that's  sweets is the first enemy of getting lost weight so I don't recommend it for you
