Yes to gain the trust again that you will not do the same thing you did to him/her. And that will be her basis if you can live with sex.

Depends on the goal of the one wanting the 'no-contact' stipulation. If he/she wants it as a cooling-off period, or as a way to put you on probation (either you stop doing this or start doing that, or no reconciliation), then it could work. More likely he/she is using it put distance between you, with the intended goal of ending the relationship eventually.

You can still be talking to your ex even though youve got issues. Talking may make things to work out if you want it to. If he/she did not do something abusive or dangerous to you then you can still be in contact with each other. When you see thing are just good and getting better with you two you can work things out.

It's  subjective not everyone will improve with this rule. The world is full of evil people and nobody cares what you feel and how they treat you.

I don't think that the don't contact rule is effective i tried it  but my ex forget mee

If you want to try try it for a week if he didn't get back continue your life and go on

When you let him or her leave  they will forget day after day and meet someone else

It can be indefinite because we do not know when a person can be healed and process the whole break-up thing. We do not need to force ourselves into this idea.

i agree with this role but too much silence is not a good plan to bring back your partner. your success should speak and inspire your partner.

The no contact rule can be an effective way to get an ex back, as it allows the person to take some time to reflect on the relationship and to miss their former partner. The length of the no contact period can vary depending on the situation, but it is generally recommended to last between two and four weeks. It is not recommended to do a no contact period indefinitely, as this can lead to further issues.

It does not apply all cases. But actually depends on the issue that existed between the partners. The point is that there are cases which your partner can be mean and determined not to break the silence.
