i cant get the irreplaceable photos from a blackberry Bold from around 2012. in order for me to access the photos i have to restart it which will permentely delete everything. about 5 years ago it was reset a lot which eventually made it shut off completely. even when its charged it wont turn on. transfering the photos is impossible because i would have to reset it which as i said before will permently delete everything. i have tried every single method but nothing is working.....i think the only option now is to take it to a repair center but i cant because it will cost money which i dont have. by the way i did contact the Blackberry company a couple years ago and never got a response

Cnnect your phone to a computer with a data cable and allow access. The open the specific files containing  your documents.Transfer your files to a folder in your computer.Next time, you may need to download google photos app where you can backup your files for futurw reference

I personally think the best course of action is to contact a mobile technician or go directly to the company that sold this. I am sure they can give great help with this concern.

If it's impossible to retrieve photos from a BlackBerry phone, you can try using a data recovery software or contacting a professional data recovery service. However, if these options do not work, unfortunately, it may not be possible to recover the lost photos.

I understand that it is difficult to access the irreplaceable photos on your Blackberry Bold from around 2012. Unfortunately, it does not appear that there is an easy way to access the photos without resetting the phone, which would permanently delete everything. You could try taking the phone to a repair center, but this may be cost-prohibitive. If you are unable to access the photos, I suggest that you contact the Blackberry company again to see if they have any other suggestions.
