SOME TOWNS DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE JUNK. FURTHERMORE, THE TOWNS NO LONGER HAVE A RECYCLING CENTER AT THEIR LANDFILL BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE WASTE INFRASTRUCTURE TO DO RECYCLING. THEY SEND ALL THE JUNK TO CHINA  AND THERE IS NO SECONDARY END MARKET FOR RECYCLING GOODS.
