Caffeine withdrawal may cause headache, fatigue, anxiety and may also affect your mood. This will only last for a short time.

Thank you for the information, I may be preparing a pain reliever then. Or just ask my doctor what should I take the right medicine for any possible withdrawal causes.

You may have some side effects after stopping consuming coffee, like mood swings, dizziness, anxiety, irritability, depression, and lack of concentration. Those side effects will be temporary and you can overcome them later.

DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, DIZZINESS, FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS, INSOMNIA, IRRITABILITY, MOOD FLUCTUATIONS, SLUGGISHNESS HAVE ALL BEEN OBSERVED BY THOSE WHO STOPPED DRINKING COFFEE. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT YOU WON'T BE IN THIS STATE FOREVER.

Let me share my personal experience. I stopped drinking coffee because of my health condition and that is being hypertensive. That's the reason why I need to.

I love drinking coffee but when I've took a Covid vaccine, experts told me not to drink for about two weeks. I've felt tired always and helped me to sleep early. Not the same vibe as my normal day. Didn't stay active but felt relaxed in my upper abdomen and reduced acid.

Caffeine withdrawal symptoms: If you are a heavy coffee drinker, you may experience caffeine withdrawal symptoms when you stop drinking coffee. These can include headache, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and depression. These symptoms are typically temporary and should resolve within a few days to a week.

Changes in sleep patterns: Caffeine is a stimulant that can disrupt your sleep cycle. If you stop drinking coffee, you may notice changes in your sleep patterns, such as difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.

Changes in energy levels: Coffee can provide a temporary boost in energy, and you may notice a dip in your energy levels after you stop drinking it. This can be especially pronounced if you are a heavy coffee drinker and were relying on it to help you stay alert and awake.

After stopping drinking coffee, the cause of symptoms like headaches, fatigue, and irritability is often attributed to caffeine withdrawal, which can last a few days to a week. These symptoms occur as the body adjusts to the absence of caffeine, a stimulant that affects the central nervous system. Drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep, and reducing stress can help alleviate symptoms. Gradually reducing caffeine intake or switching to decaf can also help ease withdrawal symptoms.

When you stop drinking coffee, you may experience some withdrawal symptoms, such as headaches, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and irritability. These symptoms usually last for a few days, but can last up to a week or more. To help manage these symptoms, you may want to try drinking decaffeinated coffee, herbal tea, or water. Additionally, you can try to get more rest, practice relaxation techniques, and exercise regularly.
