Which foods do you avoid or which type of exercises do you do to loose belly fat.

Keep your spine and core tight and engaged as you reach your arms in front of you. (Diet) 1: Eat plenty of soluble fiber. 2: Avoid foods that contain trans fats. 3: Don’t drink too much alcohol. 4: Eat a high protein diet.

I don't take alcohol but am guilty of taking in trans fat. What do you mean by soluble fiber? Which foods can I take inorder to have double fibre in my body? I will try the planks. Thanks for the answer anyway.

Two of them are good but exercice is way better

Do some cardio exercises and stop eating foods that contains a lot of sugar or stop sugar and look to results

Both are required for very fast results. Do exercise daily like walking, jumping, etc. Have a well-balanced diet. take fiber-rich foods. find the BMI and take the food that has the required calorie. Have green tea, and take lemon honey in hot water, combo on an empty stomach in the morning.avoid sugar,red meat, ice creams etc

Both are good strategies for loosing belly fat. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables that provide roughage for smooth bowel movement , exercises that involve the stomach muscles can help burn the fat

A perfect combination to trim down is to eat a well-balanced diet. It is not good only if having this kind of diet. You need to do some exercises (curl-ups), especially focusing on abdominal muscles.

Doing one well take time before you get a flat tummy but doing both, exercises and dieting will advance in the flattening of the tummy.

Both things would be the best obviously, althought diet always plays a determining role, I know that vegetable juices have a wonderful effect, celery, pineapple and coriander juice taken everyday has a very positive impact and it is especially for this. Eliminate from the diet everything that contains wheat flour, milk and sugar. <3

I stongly believed that i have seen many people and said that they are doing yoga and exercises both are very useful for belly fat loss.

I do both dieting and exercising. I cycle my bike in the morning and eat oats when I get home. If you discipline yourself to lose belly fat, you'll get the results in limited time.
