With lockdown we were mostly home. Did you go to bed earlier? Or stay up later? Just to pass time. For me nine.

Honestly, I hit the sack early, around 10-11 PM. If I can't move a lot during a lockdown, I use my day in the most productive way  possible. Combination of exercise, working, reading and studying tire me out pretty good. So regardless of lockdown, I tend to keep my sleep rhythm consistent.

Nothing changed when the lockdown happened here because I work at home and it is basically a virtual job. So I do not need to go out to work.

I have gone to bed as early as 8:30pm during the lockdown, as I found that getting enough rest was important for staying healthy and productive. Everyone has different needs and preferences when it comes to sleep, so it's important to find a schedule that works best for you.

The time people went to bed during lockdown varied greatly depending on their personal schedules and circumstances. Some individuals took advantage of the flexibility in their routines and might have adjusted their bedtime, while others stuck to their usual patterns. Factors like remote work, homeschooling, and personal preferences influenced when people chose to sleep. Lockdowns offered both opportunities for more restful sleep and challenges, such as increased stress and disrupted schedules, which could affect bedtime routines.

As I was affected with covid during the initial time,  I was in home isolation. Without having a cellphone for myself, I got bored and depressed. Actually, during those days, my awaken time was quite short when compared to my sleeping time. I slept like a baby for most of the day.:D

After the quarantine,  I started to engage in household works and went to bed at late night by 11 or 12 pm, watching movie and talking each other and woke up by 8 or 9 am in the morning.
