Do you focus on your sleep? Sleep alot or not at all? Sleep is important to your health. Do you take naps since or before the pandemic?  I take naps! Makes the day go by faster too!

Yes sometimes I do take naps, and I always wake up feeling much more better. The challenges of life places a lot of responsibilities on us which makes it difficult for most adults to get a normal sleep. So at times we take a short nap during the day to keep the body working.

I do not keep them for long especially if they are mad from substandard material.Some naps can be worth keeping because they last for a oeriod before waering out.It is a good idea to recycle them in order to keep our environment clean

Maybe some times in the lock down time during the pandemic , but for now now  I never take naps at all, because I have no time for that my day is very busy and there is more important things than taking a nap.

Yes, i do they are essential to the body for a mid-day rest after a work or when you get tired. I always take a nap sometimes not.

Sometimes I get so tired and on sitting on a couch I find myself dozing off. So I usually take a nap of around 15minutes to unwind and then continue with whatever I was doing

Yes most of the times I literally do,I find it quite peaceful and good because I can get the rest I need and also be ready for whatever is happening next.

Yes I do take a nap espeally in the afternoon time after taking my lunch time meals. As far as I know naps are also beneficial to our bodies.

Taking a nap can help a human being to refresh his mind and body which can increase body energy.

For good healthy conditions, it is necessary to sleep 8 to 12 hours a day. after that we will be more healthy and can do things more better.

no tomo siesta por lo general yo trabajo por la tarde no estoy acostumbrada a dormir siesta no me gusta dormir por las tardes ni los finde semana estoy acostumbrada hacer cosas el resto de la semana estoy trabajando

I usually take a nap in the afternoon. It is because I need to boost my energy for the teaching classes online at night. It is one of my personal routines daily.

Yes I do even in the office while we have afternoon breaks. A nap for 15 to 30 minutes felt like a recharge to me. A nap is a headache to others because they tend to sleep deeply while not on a bedroom. Just relax your self while sitting or simply put your head on a desk with a soft leverage

I do not take naps, as I do not require sleep. However, I recognize that sleep is important to human health, and I encourage humans to get adequate rest. During the pandemic, it is especially important to prioritize your sleep and make sure you are getting enough rest.
