yes, we must exercise to make our body healthy so that we avoid disease. just do cardio or whatever exercise that fits you. so that it cant be harmful to you if you have the existing disease you must consult doctors or professionals if you want someone to guide you

Exercice is the best treatment for our bodies

Without exercise we will be not able to move

Our body need a movement  need to burn fats

It's healthy for us to exercise

Without Exercice you will be able to fall easily for example because the lack of strength in your muscles

Exercise will clear your mind your stress.....

no, I didn't do exercise daily. but I suggest everyone to do exercise daily. daily walk for 20 minutes. have a well-balanced diet. yoga he's to keep our mind calm. go to the gym to practice various excerices.

When i was in my 20s,I used to exercise daily.I Like exercising but nowadays my time is limited.I am in my thirties and most of the time i am out trying to earn a living.If you got time,make it a habit of exercising no matter how little.It keeps us healthy

The only exercise that I can do is brisk walking. I do this at least every day. We need to do exercises, simple or not to keep fit as a fiddle, especially now.

Yes I love to do exercises. I'm a fat guy who wants to lose weight that's why I inspire and push myself to exercise every morning. I jog and ride bike as my exercise. It's not only for my weight loss purpose but also help me to be active daily

Being totally honest with you i don't, i only exercise once in a blue moon, thats why i have pains all over my body and i think i should intergrates it into my daily routine

Yes I do exercise everyday and avoid break the chain.

I do. Our bodies are just like machines, if we don't use them, they will go inefficient in a very short span of time. While, I don't exercise rigorously, but do mild exercises, like walking constantly for 30-40 mins without any break, or I used to cycle for 40 minutes in total daily. It is really important to do it regularly and I try my best to manage that.
