The alarm clock helps me a lot especially if I need to awake early in the morning in order to start my days. But it makes me feel slightly groggy and tired and desire me to turn back to sleep because maybe I'm sleeping late at night but I used to awake because of my work

Yes i use it a lot of time, it is one of the important thing in our life, especially when you have school, or important thing to do in your day , so that i rely on it every time to wake me up.

I rarely need to wake up at any certain time, as I avoid appointments whenever possible, but when unavoidable I use an alarm clock. Now that I have a cat, I probably will never buy another alarm clock, as he wakes me up early every day to save him from imminent starvation.

I used to use an alarm clock until changing the battery got really annoying soo I found this really awesome app on my android device and since then I have been using just this. It has made my life a bit easier I guess.:)

In my student life I will use alram for wake-up.but now day  I not use alaram .my mind automatically do same work those do alram because I have responsibility for my family and kid to do something for better future.thank u

I used alarm during my school days to wake up early to get ready for school. My alarming dream is small copper alarm clock rests on my desk always tick tick.And in early it ranga loudly and broke my dreams. I tumbled put of my bed to get ready.

As of now and so on I will consider these logistics as to be very legit and wise to aim on better outcomes for the question asked above.

Although setting an alarm may be necessary  and even a good thing, if it encourages regularity in the timing of your sleep. if you are repeatedly exposed to it, you are literally alarming your heart he says. “Set the alarm for when you need to get up, then turn it off and get up.

Stop laying on bed every now and then. Only use bed when you want to sleep. Wanna chill and play PubG ? Better use Sofa.

Stop using your phone as Alarm clock and if you can, keep your phone in the other room while sleeping. This way your phone won’t be the first thing you check in the morning and you are actually taking the temptation away. Try it, you will sleep much better and feel amazing in the morning.

Stop eating sugar. Trust me, sugar does nothing good for you and will rot your brain. Wanna eat something sweet after a meal ? Try a couple of strawberries or grapes instead or some honey will also do the trick.

Start reading and i mean physical books. They are an amazing stress reliever.

Never stop dreaming and keep on setting goals. You must have heard the phrase “Never Settle” a number of times in life and there’s a reason for that. When you work towards something, towards a specific goal, then you’ll automatically be motivated to do other stuff. That energy, that feeling of seeing something in front of you and then working towards it is amazing.

Exercise daily. Period.

Go outside for a minimum of 30 min daily and get some sunlight. Early morning is the best time. OUTSIDE GOOOODDD, INSIDE BAADDD.

Always use protection. All your success wouldn’t mean shit if you got an unexpected bun in the oven.

Never ever watch porn. No matter what happens, never ever watch porn. Use your imagination if need be but avoid porn at all cost. I can’t stress this point enough.

Realize that life works at a very slow pace. This sounds a lot easy but trust me, its way more difficult in practical. In the age of internet, we easily develop the habit of instant gratification. Want something to eat ? It’s just 2 clicks away. Wanna order clothes ? Just pick your phone and select from latest trends and this will cost you less than actually visiting the store or a restaurant, thanks to discounts. This creates a habit loop of EXPECTING everything INSTANTLY, which is the number one reason for stress. We just don’t realize that everything takes time, that dreams are not achieved by working overnight and this is why most people give up. So slow down, take a deep breath and slowly but constantly work towards your goal.

And never forget to enjoy life every chance you get. Realize that one day, not today, not tomorrow, but one day in distant future, probably in a galaxy far far away, you are going to die and everything will be for nothing. So work on yourself but make sure to enjoy in everything you pick to do in life.

I do use an alarm clock to set my waking time . This helps me to wake up early in the morning and get to my daily routine that leads to my productivity

During my school and college days, I used to put alarm clock to wake up early mornings. It was for going to the holy mass at early morning. During exam time, it helps me a lot. It replace our mother when we are at hostel. During that time there was no cell phones. So we use. Alarm clocks.

Now I use cell phone for keeping alarm. The main difference is that now we can snooze the alarm for 5 or 10 minutes.

I use alarm on my phone has I don't have an actual alarm clock . I use the alarm clock if I need to get up early , mostly to revise during exam days

The alarm clock extinct for a long time for me, since I only use my mobile phone. I am sure some people can relate to this matter. I even do not use a wristwatch anymore, too.

I have an alarm clock tjat wakes me up every morning.The clock is set to ring at 5 am.I also use the alarm to alert me on other things like when i need to pray.An alarm is a cery usiful gadget.

I was using alarm clock but now I am using mobile alarm for me both are good they are doing the same job.The reason I am using mobile alarm now is that it is easier to use .

Yes I use a alarm clock not one I use many alarms as I am not that guy who wakes up ont he first alarm I wake up on 3-4 alarms and it is a really important role for my life for waking up in morning.
