Do you want three meals a day. Or take small snacks. Maybe you skip lunch have a snack. I'm sure not everyone has all three meals everyday.

I eat meals 3 times a day but I eat much more in lunch meals. For my breakfast meal, I eat less cause of the rush to work, and for my dinner, I used to eat less because I avoid to be bloated and gain my weight. Eating lunch raises my blood sugar level in the middle of the day which energizes me for the rest of the day and enable me to concentrate and focus to my work.

I agree , same here . Breakfast I usually take very little , but lunch I eat to my fullest because I need energy to work till dinner time which is usually late night

Sometimes you can eat more than 3 meals a day, but for me i eat just 3, but for example when you make an effort for a jo or any thing thst need a real effort , you can add a meal or 2 by the end of the day.

I feel like some snacks in between would be nice between lunch and dinner , like if I eat lunch by 1 pm and eat dinner around 9 : 30 pm , I need to have energy till then so I feel like having some snacks around 5 pm sounds nice

I normally take three meals in a day and I snack in between meals sometimes. I like snacking so sometimes it just depends, when am at home I snack more compared when am outside of the house.

It is not how many times you eat that is important but what you eat is more important. Normally for me, breakfast is important, then later in the day I can get a light food to keep the energy going.

It's right what you mentioned that what you eat in a day that provides enough calories is more important than how many times you have.

It is not important how many times or 3 times a day you have food, but it is important that what you have is good for your heath. always have food with vitamin c,d. have enough water. get some sunlight. I like to have 3 times a day with a well-planned diet.

According to doctor,s advice always eat two meals per day.But at night you must eat light food.i always eat two full meals per day and at night i eat light snacks like fruits and vegetables along with milk.

Eat 3 meals and 5 if i want

Yes food is the best thing in life but of course not just eating also sports, gym,.. 
3 meals a day is good  but little snacks not goodd for us

Most of the time i find myself surviving on two meals.Breakfast and supper.For breakfast, i like taking a heavy  meal because i need alot of energy duri f the day.When you take a heavy breakfast, you find yourself skipping  the lunch.

I need to eat a lot or I am going to be feeling weak the entire day . I eat 4 times a day , breakfast , lunch , some evening snacks with some hot cup of tea / coffee and finally dinner

In the past years, I am not a breakfast eater. Last year, I started to eat breakfast due to a health condition, which is not serious.

I do not have breakfast.  I usually have a lunch.  My main meal is a good dinner.  Then, I allow myself a few mini meals.  I belong to myfitnesspal.com where I keep a food and exercise diary.  I was in the hospital recently and served liquids and soft foods which made me drop down to 150 pounds.  I lost 10 pounds. I would love to stick to such diet but have been advised against.  They can serve in a hospital but I cannot prepare at home?

I make one meal a day. I am on intermittent diet so I only eat supper. Before I started fasting I made 3 meals a day, all heavy meals and I would also snack in between the meals. That one meal that I eat now I make a mean meal so that I don't get tempted to eat again before fasting ends.

I eat three square meals a day breakfast are usually light lunch are heavy same with dinner but when ever we want to eat heavy food in the night we have to eat early so it digest before sleep time.

I make sure i eat my break fast and supper, there are days i don't eat anything for lunch i will just skip it and maybe when am not happy i also skip supper.

I eat a full meal for breakfast and lunch. I eat oatmeal or bread in the evening like subway or any simple bread with spread inside. All those with fruits included. In between l eat light snacks like biscuits, chips, a few scoops of ice cream, or whatever snacks that is available in our house.

Actually I eat more than three meals a day. I eat my breakfast, I will eat after I exercise around 9am or 10am, I will eat my lunch, then snack at 3pm or 4pm and finally the dinner time at 7pm

I eat all 3 meals a day, breakfast,lunch and dinner. As we are taught to eat in such a way.

But sometimes we skip meals due to some other work or hectic schedule

At that time I prefer any instant energy source like fruits and energy drink

Its better if we not skip any meal
