Let me know that one? Good question. I wonder if people will tell you. I'm following this interesting. Your not the only one. If it makes you feel better. Alot of us have broken minds.

this is very complex whenever the mind is the problem. when the mind is stressed out, our body is affected it became weak and sick. to fix that thing in your mind you have to divert your attention to the other things so you can lessen think the certain problem. like going on a trip or having bonded with your loved ones.

The mind controls the body, so it is very key to living. Meditation is one way of controlling the mind. Reading also helps in improving the mind as well as listening to good music. Good conversation is also helpful.

First eliminate the distractions and turmoils in your life. Isolate yourself as much as possible from the major upsets, and replace it with a tranquil environment. Meditation is the first step to gain conscious control over an unruly mind. A good (unabridged) translation of Hatha Yoga Pradipika contains instructions on diverse techniques of meditation (Google it). Zen nonattachment or Yogic Vairagya is the next step to gain control  over raging emotions. Do this and you will be well on the way to a far better internal landscape.
