Why earth has different temperature zones?

It is because the levels of moisture and temperatures change abruptly at different altitudes. For this reason, certain wild animals can have their habitats in specific zones. That makes sense in knowing this fact.

Because the earth is a sphere so the sunlight falls on the equator at 90 degrees and at the poles at 0 degrees angles. Thus we have temperature differences. In addition, the rotation of the earth plays a role in this temperature difference.

Earth orbit is inclined in itself at Solar orbit. That is why we have winters and summers. If it was not so, There will be always summer at equator altitude and always winter at polar sites. Do not know exactly about always day or always night on that point but probably.

The Earth is divided into zones with different temperatures because of the planet's axial tilt and its rotation. The Earth's axial tilt causes different areas to receive varying amounts of sunlight throughout the year, leading to temperature differences. The Earth's rotation also influences the distribution of temperature, causing the formation of the equatorial region, temperate zones, and polar regions.

The Earth is divided into different temperature zones due to a combination of factors, including the amount of sunlight a region receives, the angle of the sun's rays, the elevation of the region, and the presence of bodies of water. These factors all contribute to the varying temperatures found around the world.

Due to the rotation and revolution phenomenon of Earth there are different climatic condition on different areas For the convenience of geological study, the Earth is divided into various zones based on climatic features. It is basically on the degree of temperature available to the region. Several imaginary lines are also drawn around the globe as latitudes and longitudes. It also helps us to calculate time in different zones

Based on this equatorial regions receive more temperature as compared to the poles.
