If you maintain your daily life style than hair most be healthy automatically but in some cases it's depends upon some factor to week your hair.for example acidity,sleepnessless, heredity problem,stress ,water and environment may affect the hair..if you maintain your daily life style by controlling everything I giving in example than you most be carry heally hair always.one thing always remember PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.Thank u.

you need to consult to  hair specialist but before that you try to alovera gel for healthy hair i personally use three time a week and i have good result after use three to four month

Tips for a healthy hair:

1. Determine first if your hair is oily or dry. From there, you will distinguish which products are suitable for you.

2. When using shampoo, pour enough amount of shampoo on palms and rub it until it bubbles. Apply only on the scalp,not on the tips of your hair. Massage a little and rinse off.

3. There is no need to apply conditioner on the scalp because it might make it more oily thus produce more sebum,hence the dandruff. Just apply on the hair to the tips and let it sit for 3-7 minutes before rinsing it off.

4. You can use Hair masque for at least 2-3 times a week as a treatment. The cheapest one is an aloe vera gel (use it after conditioner then rinse off)

5. Dry your hair with a microfiber towel.

6. Opt for a wide toothed detangling comb made off bamboo or wood. Never use a brush.

7. You can use oils for hair. Examples are coconut oil,avocado oil, rosemary oil.

I think that cold  water is better than hot water in bathroom for hairr

For curly hair it's not easy to find the suitable mousse because a product may be good for one person but not good for other. Try using good branded hair product .
