Sunstroke, or heat exhaustion, can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. It depends on how severe the symptoms are, how much rest and hydration the individual has been able to get, and if medical attention has been sought. The sooner medical treatment is given, the sooner the individual can make a full recovery.
