Yes,just chew it properly though,I tried to eat once since I am so curious about it,but not really my type of food to eat.

Pomegranate fruits are beautiful red fruits. They are very healthy. To answer the question, yes, you can eat pomegranate seeds and they are very good for you, too.
Many people pop them open, scoop out the seed and eat them whole. However, others suck the juice of each seed before spitting the white fibrous middle out. I'ts the latter group who may be missing out the many health benefits of a pomegranate fruit has.

Pomegranates are fruits rich in vitamin C, potassium and fiber. The fiber are mostly found in the white seeds hiding beneath the pockets of juice.

It is also a healthy snack becuase it only contains few calories. Great for your diet.

They are also rich in antioxidants which protects the body from inflammation and free radical damage.

Yes those seeds are being used to  treat the constipation and also it is good for the stomach overall. I'd recommend you to consult with doctor and then make use of the seeds and then it can be a good option for the constipation.

In my country, we do have pomegranates. Unfortunately, it is not abundant in my city. I assumed that it tastes sour. Personally, I like strawberries because we have them in the local market here.
