Let's get back to the old days of cooking. You can use charcoals or dried woods to cook certain foods. You can use three medium rocks to hold the pot in cooking.

Our ancestors used to cook food directly over fire, because those are times when there is no electricity and gas cylinders.

And it is not even such a tough job to cook food in such a way, usually when anyone got to live in a village or forest area ,there is no other option usually

Use some firewood to put a flame, and cook in a well ventilated place

Here are some ways to cook food without a LPG gas cylinder: Solar ovens: A solar oven uses the energy from the sun to cook food. It works by trapping the sun's rays in a black box and reflecting them onto the food. Stovetop kettle: A stovetop kettle can be used to boil water for cooking. It can be heated on a stovetop or a camping stove. Microwave oven: A microwave oven can be used to cook or heat food. It uses electromagnetic radiation to heat food and is convenient for small spaces. Slow cookers: A slow cooker is an electric appliance that cooks food by simmering it over low heat for several hours. It is ideal for cooking stews, soups, and casseroles. Electric grills: An electric grill can be used to cook a variety of foods, including meat, vegetables, and sandwiches. Pressure cookers: A pressure cooker is a pot that uses steam pressure to cook food quickly. It can be used to make soups, stews, and other dishes. Hot plates: A hot plate is a portable cooking surface that can be used to cook food on. It can be heated by electricity or by a stovetop. Note: It is important to always follow the manufacturer's instructions and use appropriate safety precautions when using any cooking appliances.

If you do not have access to a gas cylinder or electric stove, you can still cook food without them. There are several methods that can be used, such as cooking over an open fire, using a solar oven, or using a pressure cooker. You can also use an open flame to heat up food in a pot or pan, or use an insulated container to cook food without electricity. Additionally, you can use a charcoal grill or an outdoor camp stove to cook food over an open flame.

Cooking food without an LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) cylinder typically involves alternative methods for generating heat. This can be useful in situations where LPG is not available, or for more sustainable and eco-friendly cooking options. Here are some ways to cook food without an LPG cylinder:

1. **Electric Stove or Cooktop:** Electric stoves or cooktops use electricity to generate heat. They are a convenient and reliable option if you have access to electricity. You can cook a wide range of dishes using electric stoves.

2. **Induction Cooktop:** Induction cooktops use electromagnetic technology to heat cookware directly. They are energy-efficient and provide precise temperature control. You'll need induction-compatible cookware.

3. **Microwave Oven:** Microwave ovens are suitable for reheating, steaming, and cooking certain dishes. They use microwave radiation to heat food quickly and efficiently.

4. **Toaster Oven:** Toaster ovens are compact ovens that can bake, broil, and toast food. They are a versatile option for cooking smaller portions.

5. **Solar Cooker:** Solar cookers use solar energy to cook food. They are eco-friendly and work well in sunny climates. Solar cookers can be used to bake, boil, and slow-cook food.

6. **Wood-Burning Stove:** A wood-burning stove or fireplace can be used for cooking if you have access to firewood. This method is often used for outdoor cooking and camping.

7. **Charcoal Grill or BBQ:** Charcoal grills or BBQs can be used for outdoor cooking. They provide a smoky flavor to grilled food.

8. **Camping Stoves:** Portable camping stoves, which often use small propane or butane canisters, can be used for cooking while camping or in situations where you need a portable cooking solution.

9. **Biomass Stove:** Biomass stoves use organic materials like wood, crop residues, or dried dung as fuel. They are commonly used in many parts of the world where other fuel sources are limited.

10. **Hot Plate:** Electric hot plates are compact and portable and can be used for cooking when you have access to electricity.

Remember that the choice of cooking method depends on your specific circumstances and the resources available to you. Different cooking methods may have varying energy efficiency and environmental impacts, so it's essential to choose the one that aligns with your needs and values.
