Is google listening to your conversations?

Whenever you say 'Hey Google' google assistant is ready to help you? So google must be listening to you all the time. Does google overhear all your conversations?

Bitter but true, Google always listening to our conversation. And whenever we say 'Ok google' or 'Hey Google' it responds accordingly. 

Matter of fact, not only google, Siri, Cortana, Alexa, etc are always listening to us. This also drains the battery of our device.

if u come across the problem that nobody listens to u, they are always "Rest Assure".
