Unsderstand your purpose, why are you writing  a poem and what do you want it to say? the purpose of your poem can dictate what form or style it should be, and the types of lenguage you use. Are you writing for yourself, for an assignment or for someone else?

whatever the genre, it is important to have the habit of reading, focus on the feeling you want to express, write without fear and openly what you have experienced, how you have noticed

The key is in your imagination, to write poems you must use lyrical language, its purpose is beauty, seek to say things as they have never been said before, keep in mind the message and its purpose, practice the metaphor a little and finally feel and make you feel Poetry arises from the need to convey feelings, to feel the poem.

There are as many procedures as there are poets, in my opinion. Make a plan that works for you. You've acquired a lot of useful information here. I personally begin by reading. Reading, at least for me, is a great way to inspire thoughts and ideas. A sentence I read may trigger a chain of thoughts, and I'll begin putting together things in my brain. After that, I'll begin writing. I tend to edit as I write, so as I progress, I'll make adjustments to the text, sound, and line based on how I want the piece to appear or sound. Then I'll reread it and make any structural adjustments that I see fit. After that, I set it away to read it again.

The best way to consider is that the words used should rhyme with each other. The flow of thoughts should run smoothly to capture the real meaning of these poems.

Choose a Subject: Decide on the theme or subject of your poem. It could be a personal experience, an observation, an emotion, or anything that inspires you. Having a clear focus will help guide your poem.

Select a Form or Structure: Poems can be written in various forms, such as sonnets, haikus, free verse, or rhyming couplets. Choose a form that suits your style or experiment with different structures to add depth and interest to your poem.

Use Vivid Imagery: Poetry relies on the power of language to create strong mental images. Use descriptive and sensory language to paint a vivid picture in the reader's mind. Engage the senses and evoke emotions through your choice of words.

Play with Sound: Pay attention to the musicality of your poem. Experiment with rhythm, rhyme, alliteration, and other sound devices to add musicality and enhance the flow of your poem. Read your poem aloud to see how it sounds and make adjustments as needed.

Writing a poem can be a beautiful way to express yourself. Start by picking a topic or feeling that inspires you. Then, let your imagination flow and use descriptive words to create vivid images. Poems often have a rhythm or pattern of lines, so you can experiment with different styles like rhyming or free verse. Don't worry about making it perfect from the beginning; you can always revise and improve later. Most importantly, let your heart guide your words, and don't be afraid to share your unique perspective and emotions. Poetry is all about letting your inner thoughts and feelings shine through your words.
