Should a cache plugin be used along with a CDN? Is it any good to use both of them? Or a CDN itself is enough?

You can use both services, but they do not “stack”. For example: If you set up an “images” subdomain in CloudFlare, and then point it to your KeyCDN zone, you’ll need to untick the cloud in your CloudFlare settings. It’s still worth having both services due to the other values CloudFlare provides.

Yes, using a caching plugin together with a CDN can help optimize website performance by reducing server load and improving page load times.

Using a caching plugin together with a CDN can be beneficial for improving the performance of your website. A caching plugin can help reduce the load on your server by storing frequently accessed data, while a CDN can help improve the speed of your website by delivering content from a network of servers located around the world. Depending on your website's needs, it may be beneficial to use both a caching plugin and a CDN.
