I have not tried that combination, maybe at some point I will be encouraged to do it to see how it goes. I love garlic, it's the best there is, I'm sure it will give the potatoes a good flavor.

It is my first time hearing it. I also do like my fries with garlic if being cooked. The taste will be tastier if being served with some condiments.

I have not tried it but due to my love for food and how dishes are prepared, I know I will get to have it someday. But for garlic I have had it in many dishes and it's irresistibly delicious
