I have always wondered how all this worked. I joined a forum called BeerMoney Forum. The owner of the site calls himself Mr. B. He is very knowledgeable about online work and how the coins can be swapped or exchanged. What I like about this person is that he will do videos on YouTube that tell you about what is necessary to exchange these coins. He shows you how it works, what are the feels, and what is the best ones to use. I really recommend that you find his YouTube channel and watch all of his videos. I know that he has produced a large number of videos on cryptocurrency and how to exchange this online.
Before exchanging your coins I would read the forum and watch the videos. This way you'll have a better understanding of how much these transactions will cost you and which one is best for you to use.

Your best option right now is making use of the following sources for the conversion.

  • Use paxum, payeer and the skrill for the conversion.
  • Use localbitcoins

You can use one of the two methods explained here and that should be good enough for you to get the money transfered into the bank account.

Unfortunately, there are no official exchangers that offer a direct exchange between Bitcoin and Payoneer. However, there are services that allow you to exchange Bitcoin for other currencies such as US dollars or Euros, which you can then use to purchase a Payoneer account balance. Popular services include Coinbase, Coinmama, and Changelly.
