I use only debit cards and I prefer it than credit cards. What do you think?

Credit cards are helpful if used wisely. Otherwise, you may fall into debt trap.

In most cases the credit card is not very helpful since you will be paying debt with percentage.

I also prefer debit cards. In fact, I do not own any credit card because I see no use for it. It is only credit If you critically look at it. When you have a credit card, it becomes another option for you other than your debit card and other money means. When they all run out, you'll look to it as an option.

I know sometimes there could be genuine need for the credit like in emergency  but other times it really isn't necessary. It only makes you spend extra money that you can actually do without and that means more debt and working harder to pay back. I don't think that I will ever get a credit card.

sure they are ..some times you need a lot of money  to buy a new car or a new flat or something like this so that instead of carrying to much money in the page u can put them in your safe pocket another thing if u dropped your money while moving in the street or in the taxi or an any place in that case you will never get them back but if they are in your credit card you can easily call the bank to stop it and u will save all off your money and you will get them back.. if you are going to the shop market you should take a lot of money in your office you will need money >>every where  so instead oof carrying money with danger you can easily carry a credit card or a visa .

I have both debit and credit cards but I try to use more of my debit card which I know it actually my money and I can spend without guilt.

Despite the advantages associated with owning a debit card I think having a credit card is also important, one can't be too sure of having money in one's account and in such situation the credit card comes in handy.

Credit card can be used to pick up urgent bills that might not have been possible with just the debit card, the credit card can help pay for expenses if we are broke and if stolen not much damage can be done, unlike the debit card which sometimes all ones savings might be attached to it.

Having a credit card is also good.

When I don't have money and my father was hospitalized, we used my credit cards which I am not touching ever since to pay the bills and to pay for his medicine in the pharmacy. I never thought that I could swipe my credit cards and that saves the life of my father. It was hard to pay those because I am not into paying the minimum every month because if I pay with minimum, I will be paying my credit cards for life. I have three credit cards that I used so imagine my struggle paying those monthly. Online earnings really helps a lot and I am thankful. i think during emergency and you don't have money, you can swipe your credit cards but it is not advisable if you want to just buy things that you don't really need. if you are open to paying in installment then do it.

Credit cards are things of necessity in my opinion. They are very good and useful for those who knows how to use it for their urgent needs that have defied normal solutions. For the fact that you get to pay interest on using your credit card means that you are having outstanding debts to pay off. Some people don't really understand that when they are making use of their credit card and they end up getting into serious debts which would be very devastating and difficult for them to pay off.
Debit cards are totally different from credit cards because what you spend when using your debit card is the money you already have but the money spent with credit card is money don't own yet which makes it a debt in suspension until you have the ability to pay.

In the world of business, both cards are meant to facilitate the way that we do business, which in my opinion is pretty okay. When I look at debit cards, I see a card that is always there to remind you of how you are spending your money which you have made during the past month.

The difference is when I take a look at credit card which is simply a card that gives you the avenue to keep spending more than you have earned with the hope that you will be able to repay back in the future.

Now, there is something good with the credit card when we are talking about someone that is into business and that is the fact that it helps you to make use of some funds to invest which is pretty nice.

This is something that the debit card doesn't give you an opportunity to do. However, I think that, if it is not for business purposes, it is not okay to own credit cards.

Some countries are mainly left with the option of using credit cards more than debit cards. So, under such circumstances, there is no way of getting to avoid getting one or two credit cards to take care of one's transactions and spending.
Now, on the question whether credit card is a good one, is directly dependent on how the credit card owner makes use of the credit cards. Some people have the tendency of abusing their credit cards without having the means to pay back the money used and the added interest on the credit card fund.
Some people have actually become bankrupt as a result of not being able to pay off their credit card debts and still want to apply for another credit card to be issued to them. Most people are simply lucky they can't be sued for credit card debts.

If a person is not going to max it out, then it is fine. The problem for some people is they overuse or abuse using their credit cards. Eventually, they can fall to a bad situation in the end.

It really depends on the individual and their financial situation. Credit cards can be helpful when they are used responsibly, as they can provide convenient access to funds, help to build credit, and offer rewards and other benefits. However, if they are not used responsibly, they can lead to debt and other financial problems. Ultimately, it's up to the individual to decide which type of card best fits their needs.

I think credit cards are helpful because they are a convenience for cardholders. I don't think debit cards are as convenient, but I still use them.

They build credit history

Perhaps the most important reason to have a credit card is to build credit history. You can get a credit card no matter what your current credit score and then use it to build credit. Even if your credit score is low you can always start with a secured card.

Paying with a credit card makes it easier to avoid losses from fraud. When your debit card is used by a thief, the money is missing from your account instantly. Legitimate expenses for which you've scheduled online payments or mailed checks may bounce, triggering insufficient funds fees and affecting your credit.
