Rude customer service. Never wrong like everyone thinks. They charged me for a phone I didn't have tried to blame me. They don't care about their customers at all.

Sometimes, we can say that customer is right, but not always. In my honest opinion, people who loved to voice out rude words and inappropriate actions are the ones who can be described to as ill-mannered. Both side may be wide of the mark, and can commit mistake. But, remember as a roger, you shall received the message and perceive the information smartly.
