Vindale research regarding PayPal payments?

Back in the day when vindale research was up and running it was a very high paying survey website where you could make lots of money every hour just by taking paid surveys and they had PayPal as a method of payment but they required you to have a bank account or credit card linked to your PayPal account and verified PayPal accounts without bank accounts and credit cards linked to them were not allowed was this for security reasons for them to require a bank account and or credit card linked to your PayPal account in order to get paid via PayPal

I am not sure if this site is still viable to work with. Is it worth spending time with this vindale research? Honestly, I am not into survey sites.

I know I used to work for them to. I rather get an A!axon gift card then verify my paypal. It shouldn't matter it was a red gag for me. I just didn't cashout their closed anyway. I was uncomfortable doing that.
