It's getting sick already. Someone break in take a cracker lock the door in my apartment without being welcomed. To be honest I know it's crazy but I don't even talk to anyone any more. What for?

It depends who's the one opening it and closing the door. If the one's opening the door is not a member of the house, he/she can be arrested. However if the one opened it is a son/daughter of the house, he/she will not be arrested.

It's not a house hold member. It's one or two of the neighbours. I just can't prove it.

No but someone can get arrested for breaking into someone else’s house because it’s classified as burglary and no the person wouldn’t get arrested for stealing a cracker the person would get arrested for burglary instead

Firstly, breaking into someone's home without the owners permission is an offence punishable by the law. So irrespective of whatever you took from that home, you would face charges for breaking into the apartment, and face additional charges for theft which might be minor. so please don't break into peoples homes without their permission.

I think it is possible to be arrested and imprisoned for doing this bad act. It is not an excuse for not disturbing the peaceful ambiance of your apartment.

If someone want something he can ask for it and you have the decision to give or not, but breaking a locker and enter the apartment it is not ethical , and once it happened the first time for a cracker, next time it will be for something else.there is no need to break a locker to get a cracker it is not an excuse.

I agree. Even if you are attempting to get a simple tool or a pen, you still need to ask for approval or permission.

Yes, someone can be arrested for breaking into a locked door and taking a cracker. Depending on the location and the severity of the crime, this could be considered a burglary or theft, which are both criminal offenses. It is important to contact the police if you feel that you have been the victim of a crime.
