So diversity in the workplace is very important, you get the opportunity to experience the skills and knowledge from a wide pool of talent, people from different backgrounds, religion, race, culture, ages, and gender. These people each have their unique qualifications, who come together with vast abilities and skills as compare to a homogeneous work force. With a homogeneous workforce, the abilities and skill would be limited. So it is advicable to have a heterogeneous workforce. It is even mandatory in some part of the world eg the Netherlands.

The composition of the managerial workforce has changed in terms of sex and race in recent years. Studies have shown that the number of women and people of color in management positions has increased significantly. Additionally, many businesses have implemented policies to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and given equal opportunities regardless of their sex or race.

Over the past few decades, the managerial workforce has become more diverse in terms of sex and race, with increasing numbers of women and minorities taking on leadership roles in various industries. However, there is still a significant gender and racial gap in managerial positions.
