If it is showing a black screen you can try pressing the power on power off button for a few seconds and if that doesn't work go to the phones 'setting' choose 'general' then choose 'accesibility' and then choose 'turn off voice-over feature'

There are a few reasons why the back camera on an iPhone might not be working. One possibility is that the lens has become dirty and needs to be cleaned. Another possibility is that there is a problem with the camera itself. If the back camera does not work at all, it may be because there is damage to the circuit board or the lens. In any case, it is best to bring the phone in for repairs or replacement.

There could be several reasons why the back camera on your iPhone is not working, including: Software issues: try restarting your iPhone, updating to the latest software, or restoring it from a backup. Physical damage: check for any cracks or damage to the camera lens, if it is damaged it may need to be replaced. Settings: make sure that the camera has not been disabled in the iPhone's settings, or that the flash is not turned off. Accessibility: if your iPhone has been dropped or subjected to liquid damage, the camera may be temporarily disabled or need to be repaired. If none of these steps help, you may need to take your iPhone to an Apple Store or an authorized repair center for further diagnosis.

There could be several reasons why the back camera on your iPhone is not working. Here are some common ones and troubleshooting steps you can take:

Software issues: Sometimes, software updates can cause issues with the camera. Try restarting your iPhone, closing all apps and then reopening the camera app.

Dirty or damaged lens: Check if there are any fingerprints or dirt on the lens of the camera. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth. If there are scratches or cracks on the lens, it may need to be replaced.

Hardware issues: It's possible that there's a hardware issue with the camera itself. Try resetting the settings on your iPhone, which can sometimes fix issues with the camera. If that doesn't work, you may need to take your phone to an authorized service center for repair or replacement.

Other apps interfering: Some third-party apps can interfere with the camera. Try closing all apps and then reopening the camera app.

If none of these steps work, it's recommended that you contact Apple Support for further assistance
