Fiverr is an online marketplace where you can sell your products or services to millions of buyers on the web. You can customize payment options depending on what kind of currency your country uses. The new 2019 update may have changed, this, however. You can create different "gigs" to sell you services online - for example, if you're good at writing, you can have several writing gigs where you re-write people's articles or edit manuscripts. Totally recommend this website - it's got a very attractive, user-friendly interface and has many reliable buyers. The transaction process is also simple and seamless. The only problem I have with Fiverr is the 20% commission fee, but the sheer amount of buyers on the website make it so that you have the potential to make a large profit.

Yeah I guess Fiverr can be more useful to you because in that site you can offer your own price

You can search in Upwork for more jobs and contractors that offer pounds. It is international so it may find some British employers there. And also, I think Upwork has a setting that filters by area.

Many freelancing platforms and clients pay in various currencies, including British pounds (GBP). If you're looking for freelance work that pays in pounds, consider using popular freelancing websites like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and Fiverr, which often allow freelancers to set their preferred currency for payment.

Additionally, you can seek out clients or companies based in the United Kingdom, as they are more likely to pay in pounds. Networking and marketing your services to potential clients in the UK can help you secure freelance work in GBP.

It's important to discuss payment terms, methods, and currency preferences with your clients before starting any freelance project to ensure that you are paid in the currency you desire.

If we take a very good look at it, you can always receive your payment in dollars and exchange it with apps like Grey, Payoneer...

But, if you're strictly looking for freelancing site that pays mainly with pounds, then go to "Peopleperhour. Com"
